Maddi Vogel (they/them) is a freelance musician based in Chicago, Illinois with a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.​ They play a wide variety of genres, but the majority of their work comes from pit orchestras and pop/ contemporary music. Most recently Maddi has played with George Michael Reborn, a tribute to George Michael/ Wham! lead by the genius of Robert Bartko.
Maddi is a proud member of Too Much Molly Band, a six-piece group popular with the LGBTQ+ community. Too Much Molly Band has played for multiple Chicago Pride events including Northalsted Market Days, Chicago Pridefest, Backlot Bash, and Navy Pier Pride. TMMB was the house band at Make a Wish Foundation's annual charity gala with guest emcee John Stamos and Jim Gaffigan the following year. The band has played at House of Blues, corporate events, and weddings.
Some of Maddi's musical theatre pit credits include I Hear America Singing (Shot in the Dark Productions), OUT HERE (Court Theatre), She Loves Me (Harper College), and Next to Normal (Point2Point Productions). Music improv: Shamilton and Baby Wants Candy. 

Maddi also teaches private lessons and rock band classes. In the summer they play with the Lakeside Pride Marching Band drumline, a volunteer ensemble that annually participates in the Chicago Pride Parade.
